What type of wax do you use?
We use natural soy wax, which is non-toxic, biodegradable and clean burning
How long do the candles burn for?
Our glass candles 300g burn up to 50 hours. Sparkly candle 210g burn up to 35 hours.
How do I care for my candle?
The first time burning your candle, wait until the wax burns towards the edges before blowing it out. This ensures the candle/s don't tunnel and burn evenly. Trim the wick about 4mm before lighting.
Are the products made and manufactured in Australia?
All our candles are hand poured in small batches here in Melbourne.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
What is you return/exchange policy?
We do accept refunds no more than two weeks it has been delivered to you. If you change your mind on a scent 24 hours after your purchase, you can email us at help.dreamcandled@gmail.com and we will try our best to cater to your needs.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please mail help.dreamcandled@gmail.com with your order number including photos. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused.
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing time for standard orders are 2-3 business days from the order date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email confirmation.
SHIPPING
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Auspost to ship out all orders. All orders come with a tracking number you can track at auspost.com
How long will it take to get my order?
After you place your order, please wait 1-3 business days from the date that your order was placed. Orders within Australia will take 4-7 business days to arrive whilst international orders will range 7-18 business days to arrive.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake with your shipping address please email help.dreamcandled@gmail.com within 5 hours of placing your order. Ensure you provide your full name and order number.
