Physical Products
We aim to pack and dispatched your order within 1-2 business day after the order has been placed. All orders can be followed with the tracking number you will receive via email.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for all items within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will be refunded by exchange only unless the item is faulty. If the candles you receive is faulty we offer a full refund.
Please note the following exceptions to our return or exchange policy:
- Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned candles cannot be used/lit
- Items cannot be returned after 14 days of receiving your order
You will be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care to wrap and package your parcel and we want you to be satisfied when receiving your candles. If you receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately on help.dreamcandled@gmail.com, and we will discuss the options available.
If you have not received your parcel, and the status say delivered, please email us immediately.
